Reason: To install security updates, kernel update and reboot of the Broadsoft AS pools
Impact: Servers are set up for redundancy, however when servers are individually rebooted, there may be a dip in registrations, provisioning actions and post-delay dial
Checks: Check logs and health monitor after each server reboot
Rollback: Installed packages will be rolled back and additional reboot performed
