Reason:
Evolve IP are consolidating UK and Netherlands data centres to streamline operations and enhance efficiency. By centralizing infrastructure, we can improve system reliability, optimize resource use, and reduce our environmental footprint. For customers, this means faster, more reliable services, enhanced security, and the ability to scale more efficiently, resulting in a better overall experience.

More information will be communicated with a two week notice from migration.
Peering SBC Trunks

3rd Party Apps

User actions:
Customers with outbound filtering will need to implement the changes in their Firewall as communicated in the latest firewall guide https://selfservice.evolveip.uk/kb?btn=61&id=146.
This in addition to (not replacing) what is already configured before the migrations of services begin from the 31st October 2024. The consolidation completion date will be 21st February 2025.
We will further communicate each service to be migrated with 2 weeks’ notice on the status page. https://status.evolveip.uk/
Failure to implement these changes before service migrations begin could result in loss of service for any customers with outbound filtering implemented.
