Maintenance to upgrade Broadsoft Receptionist and Call Center applications to the latest software version. This does not impact Akixi.

Receptionist and Call Center applications will be upgraded to the latest software version.

Test both applications to confirm they're functioning correctly.

Any users logged into either application will be logged out and will be required to log back in.
