Scheduled

Reason:

Evolve IP will be migrating the legacy network IP ranges to a temporary SBC cluster in preparation for the legacy network switch off on February 27th. This work fully segregates the legacy and production networks.

Impact:

The legacy network lacks redundancy, as such there is an unavoidable period of downtime for the legacy network during this maintenance of up to 30 minutes. During this time, any customers still connected to the legacy network will experience a service outage until the legacy network has been fully migrated.

Checks:

We'll verify legacy network registrations have returned.

User actions:

Communications have been sent individually throughout February to all impacted partners, any device listed on that communication which hasn't already been migrated to our new network, will fall offline during this maintenance. To avoid this, please migrate the device to our new network. Please keep in mind that the final switch off date for the legacy network is 27th February, at which point all devices still connected to the legacy network will fall offline, until such a time that they're migrated.
