Planned Maintenance – SBC Firmware Update
We will be updating our Session Border Controllers (SBCs) to the latest supported firmware.
Impact
No service impact is expected. During the switchover between SBCs, some active device registrations may briefly drop but should automatically reconnect within moments.
Rollback Plan
If needed, we can quickly return the SBCs to the previous firmware version.
Post‑Update Checks
We will verify overall system health, sessions, and registrations before and after the change.
We will monitor call processing and registrations for at least 10 minutes.
We will confirm that the SBCs report normal status in our monitoring tools.
