Scheduled

On 27th February 2026, the Evolve IP legacy network enters a critical stage of operational availability. Any devices still connected to our legacy network past this date will experience an intermittent or a permanent inability to use Evolve IP services. E-mails have been sent to all partners impacted by this.

Evolve IP have already taken steps to remotely migrate devices that were both collecting configuration and showing evidence of being able to communicate with our new network. This was completed on a best effort basis and some devices may remain.

For manually configured devices, you will need to access each device and configure our new SBC address. You may currently see something like ‘proxy.thevoicefactory.co.uk’ or an IP starting 91.240.178.xxx. The work will be to replace those values with either ‘access02.evolveip.uk’ or 185.168.52.65 if DNS does not resolve. It’s much preferred that you use the FQDN rather than the IP.

Please ensure that for any networks that may be outbound filtering on a firewall that you consult our firewall guide found here prior to attempting a migration: https://selfservice.evolveip.uk/kb?id=146

If you have not received a list of remaining devices left to migrate via e-mail, please call into our support desk who will be able to provide you with what's remaining.
