Migration of Services to New Network

Reason:
Evolve IP will be migrating services from the legacy network to the new network.

Impact:
Customer applications will briefly reconnect as services migrate from one address to the other. This will be a few seconds. Users who are using Receptionist and Call Centre will need to log back into the services.

Checks:
A test plan will be carried out to confirm each migrated service is functioning.

Rollback:
Revert to previous configuration.

User actions:
Customers who outbound filter will need to ensure they update their firewalls with the required prefixes referenced in the 'Additional Network Requirements' document on our knowledge base: https://selfservice.evolveip.uk/portal/kb?text=firewall&entity=all&id=146
