Reason:
AS server pairs need their databases re-syncing.
Impact:
Low risk to registrations and users may experience a small delay of 1-2 seconds in audio or post-dial delay whilst individual AS servers are stopped and traffic re-routes to the redundant AS server.
Checks:
Evolve IP will check databases are in sync and all services returned to BAU
Rollback:
In the event of an import failure, database will be rolled back to a snapshot taken before the maintenance.
User actions:
No user actions required
